Now we only ship byUS Postal Service, UPS, and several LTL freight to deliver our product to your address. For Some product from Hong Kong we only ship item by economy international shipping (Hong Kong Post Air Mail Service)

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact [email protected]. Please include the order number of the item(s) that you would like to cancel or modify to ensure accuracy. Please keep in mind, if your order has been processed already, you cannot cancel or modify it

Orders usually ship between 24-48 hours, with US Postal Service, Standard Ground Service, or LTL Freight. *During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, allow 3-4 business days for an order to ship, when using Ground Service, or LTL freight. * If you need a package to arrive by a specific date, you MUST select a 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day service, to ensure delivery on a specific date. Orders made with UPS expedited shipping will leave the same business day, if ordered by 2pm, EST. You will receive an email with tracking information when the order ships, or you may check it online, under the Shipped Orders screen. Ship from Hong Kong Keep in mind economy international like Hong Kong Post Air Mail not provide tracking number. If your item not received after 20 working days after payment, please contact us to ensure shipping status.
